** (PhotoShelter for Brands was known as “Libris by PhotoShelter” until June 2020 - Branding on plugins will update soon.) **
Note: If you are upgrading a previous plugin version, do not uninstall (delete) your existing plug-in. To update, simply replace your existing plugin file (i.e. Libris.lrplugin) with the new file. Follow the instructions as listed under "Upgrading to the Latest Version".
1. Download the plug-in here.
2. Unzip the plug-in file. This will reveal the uncompressed plug-in to import.
3. Move the Libris.lrplugin file to your preferred storage location.
4. Launch Lightroom, and select File > Plug-in Manager.
5. In the new window, the left pane will reveal all plug-ins currently installed on your Adobe Lightroom application. The green icons next to the list indicate whether the application is currently installed and running. If you do not see the plug-in here, click on the Add button.
6. In the new window, locate the plug-in in the folder in which you opted to store it.
7. Select the plug-in (Libris.lrplugin), and click on the Add Plug-in button at the bottom right corner of the window.
If the plug-in was installed properly, the Installed and Running status will appear next to the plug-in name.

Next Steps: Export & Publish
The way your organization will use the PhotoShelter for Brands account will determine how you will use the plugin.
Is there more than one person who will be uploading images into the PhotoShelter for Brands account? Is there more than one person who will have access to move Collections and Galleries in the library (Editors) and will more than one person be editing and applying metadata to your images? If the answer is "yes" to any one of these questions, you should use the Export function in Lightroom to upload images from your Lightroom Cataloge into PhotoShelter for Brands.
Upload using Lightroom's Export feature
If the answer is "no" and there is only one person controlling the uploading and organizing aspects of this PhotoShelter for Brands account, then you can use the Publish function in Lightroom. If you opt to publish, this will be your only upload method (no Contributors will be able to upload) and it will be the only way you manage the creation of Collections and Galleries in the organization's PhotoShelter account from this day forward.

Upgrading to the Latest Version
Before upgrading your Lightroom Plugin, please make sure you have a backup of your Lightroom catalog saved in a safe location.
If you are a single Admin managing a PhotoShelter for Brands account with Publishing, do not delete your existing plug-in file. If you do, you will have to rebuild your published galleries from scratch.
To upgrade the plug-in to the latest version, simply replace your existing file (i.e. Libris.lrplugin) with the new file.
For Mac: Download the plug-in here.
For PC: Download the plug-in here.
1. Find the location of your current plug-in file by opening the Lightroom plug-in Manager and clicking Libris.
File > plug-in Manager > Libris> Status > Path
