If you've been given permission by the site administrator, you can download files that you find in the Portal. If you don't see a download icon on a file you want, contact your site administrator by replying to the email you received or using the Contact link in the Portal navigation bar.
Viewing and downloading a file
To view a file, click on its thumbnail. From the single file view, you'll see more information like the file name, copyright, file size, caption, license expiration date, usage rights, and keywords.

To download an individual file, click the Download icon on the bottom right of the Gallery thumbnail view or the single file view.
Then, select the size of the file you'd like to download. Please note: your ability to download certain size files might be limited for your login (or the password you were given).
Batch downloads
You can download a group of files from the thumbnail view.
Click Download in the lower right corner.
Select the individual files you'd like to download, or, click Select All to download everything in the Gallery.
Select your desired size and click Continue.
Finally, click the download button to start downloading a ZIP file containing the files you selected. Note that large downloads will be split into several ZIP files. Download time will vary based on the number of files, the size of the files, and your internet connection. Be sure to wait until the download has finished before you open the ZIP file.
Troubleshooting downloads
Make sure you are logged in (if you are an invited user) prior to clicking the download icon. Otherwise, you will be met with a prompt asking you for a password/to login.
If the organization's Portal has SSO enabled and you do not login prior to attempting to download, you can still reach the SSO login page to download the assets.
If you don't have a password or login to use to download the files with, use the Contact option in the top navigation bar of the portal site.
Expired Images Watermark
If there is a watermark in the top-center of an image that says "Expired," "Expires soon," or "License Expires/Expired DD Mon YYYY" (such as "License Expired 07 Apr 2018"), please note that your organization may not have the rights to use a image beyond its current license period.
If you are unsure about whether you can use an image or not, use the Contact option in the top navigation bar of the Portal to contact the site's administrator about a particular image before you download it.
