With the Libris CC Connector for Adobe Creative Cloud, you can drag and drop Libris files directly into InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
InDesign
You can place Libris files directly into your InDesign layouts, browse your Libris account, search, and toggle between the low and high resolution versions of the files; without leaving InDesign.
You can also open InDesign documents stored in Libris, make edits, and save your changes back to Libris by uploading the edited document as a new file.
Photoshop/Illustrator
You can open images stored in Libris, make edits, and save your changes back to Libris by replacing the original, or uploading the edited image as a new file.

Upgrading to a new version of the Libris CC Connector
If you've received a new version of the Libris CC Connector installer from your Libris Account Executive or a Client Services team member, you can upgrade your Connector.
Mac (OSX)
- The Mac installer will automatically replace the previous Connector version for you, so you can follow the standard installation instructions to upgrade, using your new installer (a .pkg file).
- After installing the new Connector, reset your InDesign preferences:
- Open InDesign
- Hold down Control-Command-Option-Shift as InDesign boots up
- You will see an alert asking if you want to clear InDesign’s preferences
- Click "Yes"
Windows
The Windows installer does not automatically remove previous versions of the Connector, so you'll need to uninstall your current Connector first.
- Close all Adobe applications
- Uninstall your current Connector version
- Install the new version with your new installer (an .exe file)
- After installing the new Connector, reset your InDesign preferences:
- Open InDesign
- Hold down Ctrl-Alt-Shift as InDesign boots up
- You will see an alert asking if you want to clear InDesign’s preferences
- Click "Yes"
